Scheduled system maintenance August 1 to 5, 2025
We'll be doing maintenance work on bchydro.com from Friday, August 1 at noon until the morning of Tuesday, August 5.
During this time, many functions in your online MyHydro account will be unavailable, including payments, payment history, moving and connection requests, and account settings. No late charges or disconnections will apply.
The outage list, outage map, online outage reporting and the ability to view your current bill will be available with the exception of noon to 1 p.m. on August 4.
