Move or cancel my service

Moving or canceling your BC Hydro service is easy. Here's what you need to know when starting and stopping service for your residence or business.

If you're moving it's important that you contact us well before your move in date to set up your electricity service. This will ensure you have electricity when you move in and avoid any potential disruption to your service.
