As a new site owner or property manager, you can take responsibility for multiple existing accounts at once by submitting the form below.

If you only want to open one business account, use this form instead.

For service locations that only differ by unit or suite number (such as an office or residential tower), enter multiple unit/suite numbers separated by commas (22, 24, 30) or by dashes for consecutive numbers (22-30).

For unique service locations or effective dates, fill in a different service location section for each (you can fill in up to 10 per form).

In order to manage your BC Hydro account online, you will need to provide BC Hydro with some business-personal information (e.g. your name and your business email address, contact number; details that may otherwise be located on a business card) along with the BC Hydro business account number. BC Hydro collects this business-personal information solely for the purpose of enabling you, should you so choose, to access and use the online form above to add multiple accounts to your responsibility.

BC Hydro offers these online facilities in furtherance of its mandate under the Hydro and Power Authority Act, the Clean Energy Act, and the BC Hydro Electric Tariff regulated by the BC Utilities Commission under the Utilities Commission Act.
