System maintenance, April 12 to 13, 2025

We'll be doing maintenance work on bchydro.com from 7 p.m. Saturday, April 12, to 6 a.m. Sunday, April 13. During this time MyHydro functions (online account access, and billing tools) will be unavailable. Our Smart Energy contest, electric vehicle rebate applications and newsletter subscriptions will also be unavailable at this time.

Power outage information will be available, however the report an outage feature in MyHydro will not. If your outage isn't listed, please report it by calling 1-800-224-9376.
