System maintenance, March 31 to April 1, 2025

We'll be doing maintenance work on bchydro.com from 10 p.m. Monday, March 31 to 4 a.m. Tuesday, April 1. During this time MyHydro functions (online account access, and billing tools) will be unavailable.

Power outage information will be available, however the report an outage feature in MyHydro will not. If your outage isn't listed, please report it by calling 1-800-224-9376.

The electric vehicle rebate application and newsletter subscriptions will also be unavailable.
