There has been an increase in reported instances where fraudsters have 'spoofed' our website which includes listing an illegitimate phone number for our call centre in attempt to gain customers' personal information. A reminder that we don't collect credit card or bank account information over the phone and we don't accept payment by cash gift cards or Bitcoin.
