Competitive electricity acquisition processes (CEAP)

If we decide to run a competitive process to acquire electricity, we'll formally initiate a competitive electricity acquisition process (CEAP). This is most commonly initiated to support a call for power.

Participants who want to participate will have the option to attend workshops to learn about the process and requirements. If you choose to take part in the CEAP, you'll need to:

  • Submit the required interconnection documents according to the provided timeline.
  • Pay the applicable deposits as required in the OATT's Attachment M-2 [PDF, 135 KB].
