Apply for the COVID-19 Relief Fund for residential customers
The COVID-19 Relief Fund provides eligible residential customers who’ve stopped working due to COVID-19 with up to three months of bill credit. This is a temporary program available from April 1 to June 30, 2020.
To receive the credit, you need to submit an application and be approved for the program. If you are approved, the bill credit will be automatically applied to your account.
Before you apply, make sure that you meet the eligibility criteria. We recommend that you have your most recent BC Hydro bill on hand for reference while you apply. You can apply until June 30, 2020.
