- Access your bill 24/7 with up to three years of billing history to view or download
- Receive email notifications to let you know when your bill is ready.
- Track and download your billing and electricity use data in a simple spreadsheet format. You can also set up recurring billing data downloads for consolidated accounts.
- Get your bill faster, making it easier to manage budgets.

Ready to make the switch?
To receive your e-gift card, log in or set up a MyHydro profile online and link all your consolidated master and standard accounts or contact your Key Account Manager for support.
If you already have a MyHydro profile:
- Log into MyHydro.
- Click the "Go Paperless" link
If you have multiple accounts, a reminder you'll need to do so for each of your consolidated master and standard
accounts.
To set up a new MyHydro profile:
- Create a MyHydro profile.
- Link your account. (Grab a copy of your most recent BC Hydro bill so you have the information you need).
- You'll automatically be set to receive your bill online.
Get your e-gift card
Once you've made the switch to online billing, we'll send you an email to confirm your account has been changed
with instructions on how to get your e-gift card. You'll receive the email within 10 days after you make the change
to your account.
