Step 1 of 6: Apply for your rebate

Fill out the application form below to apply for your rebate(s). Products must be purchased between October 3, 2025 and January 2, 2026.

Before applying please make sure you have the following information available:

  1. BC Hydro (or city of New Westminister) account number
  2. Proof of your purchase ready to upload, this must be legible and include:
    1. Model number(s)
    2. Invoice/order number
    3. Date of purchase
    4. Place of purchase
    5. If you ordered online – proof of order completion (delivery)

Things to note before applying:

  • Products must be ordered, purchased and paid for in full between dates specified above
  • Application must be submitted within 60 days of purchase
  • Apply for multiple products on one application
  • Once your application is submitted, you will receive an application reference number via email. Please keep this for your records. If you do not receive this email within a couple of hours, check your junk mail. If you still have not received an email with your reference number, you can contact RetailerPrograms@bchydro.com to confirm submission
