Before applying please make sure you have the following information available:
BC Hydro (or city of New West) account number
Proof of your purchase ready to upload, this must legible and include:
Appliance model number(s)
Invoice/order number
Date of purchase
Place of purchase
If you ordered online – proof of order completion (delivery)
Things to note before applying:
Appliances must be ordered, purchased and paid for in full between dates specified above
Application must be submitted within 60 days of purchase
Apply for multiple appliances on one application
Rebates from participating retailers, manufacturers and municipalities are done through this one application
Once your application is submitted, you will receive an application reference number via email. Please keep this for your records. If you do not get sent this email within a couple of hours, check your junk mail. If you still have not received an email with your reference number, you can contact ApplianceRebate@bchydro.com to confirm submission
