Knowing how you pay for electricity helps your conservation efforts. Start by finding your rate class within MyHydro or your paper bill.

Business rates

Small General Service (SGS)

Customers that have an annual peak demand of less than 35 kW receive service as a SGS account. Your rate schedule is 1300, 1301, 1310 or 1311.

Medium General Service (MGS)

Customers with annual peak demand between 35 and 150 kW and with less than 550,000 kWh of electricity per year receive service as a MGS account. Your rate schedule is 1500, 1501, 1510 or 1511.

Large General Service (LGS)

Customers that have an annual peak demand of at least 150 kW or use more than 550,000 kWh of electricity per year receive service as a LGS account. Your rate schedule is 1600, 1601, 1610 or 1611.
