Unfortunately, you're not eligible for rebates funded by BC Hydro's Home Renovation Rebate program based on your home's electricity consumption.
The BC Hydro Electricity Consumption check includes a 5% allowance for homes that are close but do not meet the minimum consumption requirement.
Rebates provided by BC Hydro to customers who heat their homes primarily with electric baseboards, heat pumps or electric furnaces must meet a minimum electricity consumption per year.
BC Hydro rebates are targeted at customers who have the highest bills relative to the size of their home and provide significant opportunity to save electricity. Homes must be a primary residence that is 12 months older.
Based on the annual electricity used at this premise and the opportunity to save electricity we’re not able to provide you a rebate.
