Heat pump rebate eligible product list

Use the search tool below to confirm the heat pump you're installing is a rebate eligible model. Rebates are provided by the Home Renovation Rebate and CleanBC Better Homes Programs. For upgrades made on or before September 30, 2022, refer to the previous requirements.

Two ways to search:

1. Enter AHRI reference number and search

2. Select heat pump type, enter make and outdoor model and search

To select multiple Makes/Brands, hold down the "Ctrl" key and make your selections.

Rebate amounts and eligibility can vary depending on your heat pump type, utility provider and primary heating system prior to installing a heat pump.

Information in this column explains rebate eligibility. Heat pump rebates depend on utility service provider, heating type prior to installation, if the heat pump is being used in combination with a fossil fuel (natural gas, oil or propane) and the heat pump’s HSPF and SEER ratings.

Dual fuel heat pumps must have an AHRI certified reference number that references the furnace model number, the outdoor unit, and the indoor unit(s) of the heat pump.
