Available to electrically heated customers under the Whole Home Heating Offer, Partial Home Heating Offer and/or customers converting from fossil fuel heating to a heat pump. Not eligible for dual fuel ducted heat pump rebate. Proof of removal required if converting from fossil fuel.
Yes
Rated Capacity @ -5°C (BTU)
Rated Capacity values are calculated based on the capacity at different temperatures.
SEER
SEER – Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio rating up to December 31, 2022. If the SEER is blank, then this system was not tested under this rating.
SEER2
SEER2 – Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio 2 rating effective January 1, 2023. If the SEER2 is blank, then this system was not tested under this rating.
HSPF
HSPF – Heat Seasonal Performance Factor rating up to December 31, 2022. If the HSPF is blank, then this system was not tested under this rating.
HSPF2
HSPF2 – Heat Seasonal Performance Factor 2 rating effective January 1, 2023. If the HSPF2 is blank, then this system was not tested under this rating.
Coefficient of Performance (COP) @ -15°C
Coefficient of Performance (COP) is a measurement of how much electricity the heat pump uses to move warm and cool air from place to place. For example, if a heat pump used 1kW of electrical energy to transfer 3 kW of heat, the COP would be 3. The higher the COP the more efficient the heat pump is at moving warm and cool air.
Capacity Maintenance % (Max -15°C/Rated 8.3°C)
The capacity maintenance ratio indicates how well the heat pump will perform in winter design conditions (-15°C). The ratio (%) indicates how much of the heating load the heat pump can meet.
