This application form is for Home Renovation Rebate and CleanBC Better Homes* Program participants. Fill out the application form below to apply for your rebate(s).


Before you get started:

  • Do you have your utility account number(s)? i.e. BC Hydro, FortisBC, City of New Westminster, PNG
  • Have you met all of the eligibility requirements for each rebate?
  • Do you have all your contractor invoices ready?
  • Are you the BC Hydro or FortisBC account holder? If not, you and the registered property owner need to fill out the Utility Account Holder Consent Form.

To avoid delays, ensure you have all information ready before you start your application. Your application is not submitted or saved until you have pressed ‘Submit’ on Step 8. The application will time out after 60 minutes.

Due to the volume of applications that we receive, applications can take upwards of 90 days to process. Your patience is appreciated.
