This application form is for Home Renovation Rebate and EfficiencyBC* Program participants.


Instructions:


  • Invoices and receipts are required for all upgrades. Please ensure you have all your supporting documents available and ready to submit along with your application. You will not be able to submit your application without them. Please read Program Terms and Conditions for full details, requirements and conditions which are available at bchydro.com/homerebates, fortisbc.com/homerebates or efficiencybc.ca
  • Products receipts are required for do-it-yourself installations, where eligible. Upgrade-specific receipt requirements are further described in Appendix A of the Terms and Conditions- Invoice & Supplementary Documentation Requirements.
  • Rebate payment will be made out to the Account Holder/Contact person as noted in the application form.
  • If you are the utility account holder, please provide us with your utility account information for the premises where the upgrades were completed.
  • In the case of a rental property, the landlord may apply for the rebate by unchecking the box next to “I am the Account holder” and leaving the utility account information blank. Please instead fill out and submit the Utility Account Holder Consent form along with the application.
  • This application form will time out after 60 minutes of inactivity and your application will not be saved. You must complete and submit your application within 60 minutes.
