Pending | Your on-line rebate application and accompanying receipts / invoices have been received and are being verified. |
Approved | Your on-line rebate submission has been received, verified, and approved. |
Complete | If you chose cheque, your rebate has been mailed to your mailing address, allow 8-10 weeks for delivery. Or if you chose to apply your rebate to your BC Hydro bill, a credit will be applied to your next bill. This may take 1-2 billing cycles. |
Declined | A problem was found with your rebate submission. You will receive instructions on how to correct the submission shortly, if applicable, or an explanation as to why your application does not qualify. |
