Before you start, make sure you have a copy of a recent BC Hydro bill with your account number. You will need to upload an electronic copy of your proof of purchase (receipts/invoices). Once you submit the completed form and uploaded your proof of purchase, a copy of your completed application will be emailed to you.

Please note that your application and proof of purchase must be submitted within 60 days from the date you purchased your new appliance.
