If you require a connection request: If you're a customer or an electrical contractor, you can apply here for a new meter or changes to an existing connection, including reconnections and removals, provided the connection meets BC Hydro overhead or underground requirements.

What you'll need for a connection request: To start a request, you'll need the service address and a MyHydro profile. If you don’t have a MyHydro profile, you'll need to create one first.

What if you already started a request? You may have already started a connection request with us on the phone. Use the request number to link a connection request.
