Electrical Connections

Electrical connections during COVID-19 situation

We are continuing to manage new customer connections through our normal processes, but due to current conditions some work will take longer than usual. In an effort to protect our employees, contractors, and customers, we will not be completing optional upgrades or alterations at this time. We will also not be completing any work where it would require outages to other customers. We appreciate our customers' patience and understanding during this challenging time.

Call before you dig

To avoid serious danger to workers, it's important to know what services are buried in or near your worksite. Visit BC One Call, or call 1 800 474 6886, for information about the underground services on your worksite, and to learn where it's safe to dig.
